Important Dates
Beginning July 20:
Claim OneID through personal email and access Wellstar account.
Beginning July 20:
Validate direct deposit and tax information.
July 27 – August 15:
Complete benefits enrollment via bswift.
July 27 – 30:
Utilize onsite support from Benefits Navigators, who can help with Workday and benefits enrollment.
July 27 or 28:
Attend UKG training for timekeeping/approval during your assigned timeslot. Local leaders will communicate time slot assignments.
August 4 & 5:
Receive Welcome to Wellstar letter that confirms employment details.
Beginning August 8:
Non-exempt team members clock in and clock out via UKG.
By noon on August 17:
Managers approve time entered for Payroll.
August 17 – 21:
Attend the MLMC Wellstar Orientation at your assigned timeslot. Local leaders will communicate time slot assignments.
August 20:
Receive first Wellstar paycheck.
